Child Connection Center

The Child Connection Center implements support services in schools utilizing the Clayton Model, a universal, school-based social emotional learning (SEL) program that serves all students regardless of classification. It is an agile, responsive, trauma-informed intervention program structured to offer a network of support services spanning from individual student support, teacher resources & classroom strategies, & tools for parents to incorporate SEL strategies in the home.

Evergreen Family Success Center

The Evergreen Family Success Center (EFSC) seek to provide a warm and welcoming home-like environment that provides family friendly activities and resources within communities to strengthen families. The EFSC offers services to any children, youth, families, individuals, and communities. Core Services include:

• Access to information on child, maternal and family health services, economic self-sufficiency and job readiness
  
• Information and referral services (connection to off-site public and private resources)
  
• Life skills training
  
• Housing services
  
• Parent education
  
• Parent-child activities
  
• Advocacy
  

One of the most important things that the EFSC does is connect with the community, not only for resources to help the community residents but also to work hand in hand with the community to assist the community residents.

The Evergreen Family Success Center provides the community residents with access to computers, printer, copy machine, fax machine, and telephone. All of the services are open to the public, voluntary, and free. No qualifications necessary.
